A new website allows people to anonymously post jobs for jobs that may never actually be offered.
The company, called CareerBuilder, says the site is a “unique and innovative” way to “discover and apply for jobs with a high probability of being successful.”
But the site also makes it very easy to sell your services and get paid for them.
The site is the brainchild of Matthew Stover, who says he’s a “huge fan” of the online job market.
“I love the fact that it is a new way for people to find work,” he told ABC News.
“And the way they are able to do that is by being very honest.”
CareerBuilder says that a few hundred jobs have been advertised online for its website since March of this year.
Some of those are on the right of the U.S. census, which says there are around 7 million people in the U, including people who may not have jobs.
The website has the ability to automatically track and send job offers.
It has the same privacy settings as its competitor, JobRabbit, which has been around since 2009.
And it has no obligation to actually hire anyone.
CareerBuilder’s website also includes a section called “Job Seekers,” which offers advice for people who want to start their own company.
But the company says it doesn’t sell any of those services.
“Job seekers do not sell any products,” the site says.
“The company does not use any advertising, promotions, or other services to promote itself or the site.”
Job seekers have their own site, CareerBuilder.com, which features jobs posted on JobRabbits and other job sites, but that only provides “job postings,” not offers for jobs.
Careerbuilder says the idea for its site came from a conversation with a job seeker.
“One day, I was looking at the job listings on a job board and I was like, ‘Oh, my God, I’ve got to do something about this,'” Stover said.
“So I put the idea into motion and we started talking about the possibilities.”
He said the idea was to offer job seekers a “secure, anonymous” place to advertise jobs online, which they could use for their own business, but also to offer to anyone who wanted to advertise for those jobs.
He said that’s why the site has no requirement to actually employ anyone.
Stover told ABCNews.com that he hopes that the site will eventually help other people find jobs, and that he’s not worried about getting caught.
“It’s just an interesting idea,” he said.
Career Builder has about 300 members, but most have been interested in a different kind of job.
The founders have created a group called the “Jobs List” where they have posted jobs for a variety of professions, including software developers, journalists, and musicians.
“We have a job listing for a job for a programmer, but I’m not sure if that will ever get posted,” Stover explained.
“People want jobs for anything they can do, and it’s very important that we find jobs that will help them in any way that they can.”
JobRabble is another popular job search site, but it’s not open to the public.
CareerRabbit also has a job posting for a music producer and a video-game developer.
The companies that host JobRabs and JobRamas say they are not offering jobs.
“If you want to be a part of this, and you’re not, you should be aware of the fact,” Stovers said.
He added that he and other members of the Jobs List have also been asked to leave the group.
Stovers has a few tips for those looking to start up a business or get started with a career.
He advises hiring people who are “talented and know how to do their jobs.”
He says if they’re not that talented, they should consider starting a small business.
He says the best way to get started is to write a resume and give your resume a look-through.
“Write a story about what you do,” he says.
You can also ask people to fill out an online application, which he says is a great way to find out if they can handle your work.
“You can put a link to that on your website, and people can see your resume and then they can get to your site and apply,” he explained.
Stoup says that if you are in need of a job, you can ask for one, and he says you should always make it clear that you have no obligation, or obligation to them, to hire them.
“When I say ‘no obligation,’ I mean, ‘I’m not hiring anybody,” he added.
